Do not try anything yourself first
Any attempt can permanently overwrite your data: restarting, charging, updating, restoring via a computer, or using recovery software. Turn off the device and leave it alone. The less work has been done on the device, the greater the chance that we can recover everything. It is better to call us first.

How it works
Call or WhatsApp us. We will immediately assess whether your situation has a chance of success and tell you honestly if it does not. If you bring the device to President Kennedylaan 19 in The Hague, we will conduct the intake on-site. You sign our data recovery form and we begin. You will be informed of the cost beforehand and agree to it first. You provide the data on a USB stick or on your own external hard drive.
What we do not assume
We prefer to be honest upfront rather than expensive afterwards. We do not accept an assignment if software repair or diagnostic attempts have already been made elsewhere, or if it is unknown exactly what happened there. The same applies to devices with a modified operating system, such as root, jailbreak, or a custom ROM.
