iPad Pro 12.9'' A2437 M2 Logicboard Reparatie & Data Recovery

An iPad Pro 12.9 (A2437, Wi-Fi + Cellular) came in to Nodefix completely dead: no display, no response to charging and not recognized by a computer.

After a thorough board-level inspection, we found the faulty component. We replaced it 1:1 with an original part from a donor board. The iPad then booted normally, with all of the customer’s data still intact.

Components in this area of the logic board:

  • Texas Instruments CD3217B13 (USB-C / power delivery controller)

  • Broadcom BCM15900B0

  • Broadcom BCM15957A0

Also for the Wi-Fi model (A2436)This fault and repair also apply to the iPad Pro 12.9 Wi-Fi model, A2436. Both models use a similar logic board.
