This iPhone 16 Pro Max came in for data recovery. The phone was dropped on the road and then run over by cars, leaving it completely destroyed on both the front and back. The logic board was heavily damaged, but luckily the CPU and NAND chips were still intact. We repaired the logic board and were able to recover all of the data.
