LaCie Network Space 2 NAS – Data Recovered after a power surge
We received a LaCie Network Space 2 NAS (board LaCie 0901 140 Rev C, NS_IS ASTON) whose mainboard had died after a voltage spike. The NAS no longer started up, and the data was not accessible.
We removed the 3.5" SATA hard drive from the enclosure and recovered the data from it. The recovery was successful, and the customer has all of their files back.
